Nanya Technology Reports 95.1% Revenue Increase in 2025

Nanya Technology Corporation reported a substantial 95.1% increase in consolidated revenue for 2025, reaching NT$66.59 billion, compared to NT$34.13 billion in the prior year. This surge in revenue translated to a net profit after tax of NT$6.61 billion for the year, yielding a net profit margin of 9.9% and earnings per share of NT$2.13.

The company attributed the improved financial performance to favorable changes in the global memory market's supply and demand dynamics. Revenue contributions were detailed by product application, with boxes and automobiles accounting for approximately 55% of total revenue. Low-power product applications and personal computer system applications contributed 19% and 21% respectively, while data center and server applications represented around 5% of revenue.

In addition to the annual results, the company reported foreign exchange gains of NT$821,276 thousand for the three months ended March 31, 2026, compared to losses of NT$291 thousand for the same period in 2025. A sensitivity analysis indicated that a 1% appreciation or depreciation of the New Taiwan Dollar (TWD) against the US Dollar (USD), Japanese Yen (JPY) and Euro (EUR) would have impacted net income before tax by approximately NT$278,391 thousand and NT$97,448 thousand as of March 31, 2026 and 2025, respectively.

Nanya Technology also announced a cash dividend of NT$4,647,942 thousand, approved by the board of directors on March 4, 2025, relating to earnings from the 2024 fiscal year. No dividend was distributed for the 2023 fiscal year due to a net loss. The company is actively investing in renewable energy, with a commitment to purchase an additional 40 million kWh of green electricity annually starting in 2026, increasing total green electricity consumption to over 87 million kWh, representing approximately 10% of its annual electricity usage.

Nanya Technology’s strong revenue growth in 2025 reflects a rebound in the global memory market. The company’s 9.9% net profit margin indicates improved profitability compared to the previous year, despite ongoing investments in sustainability initiatives and renewable energy sources. The company's exposure to foreign exchange fluctuations, as highlighted in the filing, will continue to be a factor affecting financial performance in the current macroeconomic climate.
