1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Siphtor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Description of Services

Siphtor provides natural language economic data intelligence, automated reporting, and macroeconomic visualization tools. Access levels include:

• Free Content: Access to public editorial articles at /media and our weekly macro newsletter.
• Siphtor Media ($7.99/mo): Interactive data dashboards and curated editorial feeds.
• Siphtor Data ($29.99/mo): Full data series library access across global economic and financial datasets.
• Siphtor AI ($49.99/mo): Full platform features including natural language querying and automated research report generation.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until canceled.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe billing portal accessed through our pricing page at siphtor.com/subs. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Intellectual Property and Data Sources

The Siphtor interface, proprietary algorithms, branding, and original research content are the exclusive property of Siphtor LLC.

Economic data series are aggregated from public and official sources including FRED, BLS, BEA, EIA, World Bank, IMF, BIS, Census, SEC, and equity market providers. Data is displayed for informational and research purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract raw platform code or API endpoints.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Interfere with platform performance or security infrastructure.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Siphtor is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Information provided on the platform is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Siphtor LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
